1. Please take immediate action to affably redress the concern portrayed in the attached application/complaint. That a person of NIC 32102-0136553-3 repeatedly issue our SIM duplicate by illegal means through U-phone franchise through references and make us tremendously threatened and mentally tortured. He is using my SIM no.0331-5136332 I have ownership of that cim my I.D # 37101-2132205-9 how can duplicate of a cim will be issue until I didn’t appear physically?. it means u phone system has loopholes and it didn’t provide customer security .the duplicate of this cim must be blocked immediately and the person who issued it and the person by which it is issued must be punished absolutely for all that u phone company is responsible for illegal practices
2. Your endeavor in expeditious and judicious resolution of the grievance to the complainant’s satisfaction will be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to my complain already in your knowledge in my attached e-mail. The issue is becoming more serious as since launching application to your authority yesterday (5Th July, 2010), I am now in more trouble. I went with a complain to U-fone office here in Attock city and asked them to inactive all SIM cards in my name even the number I mentioned in my previous email, I asked for SIM 0331 -5136332 he issued its duplicate and now second SIM (0334-8531820)issued by same person . u phone company told the name and id and franchise But they denied of doing anything like that… and now the situation is that the person I mentioned in my e-mail from DG Khan has got a duplicate number of my number 0334-8531820 and since this evening all my contacts are suffering….anybody calling my number he is receiving calls of my contacts…giving them threats…and abusing them…whereas I don’t know him…this situation is getting worst for me, my family and my friends. Please do the needful and take necessary action against Ufone and the person.

Message Ufone despite disguising people with its cheap Ads about clear voice is having the worst and poor voice quality in market and despite repeated complaints in last 2years,they have not improved their service even to a minor extent.
